Edith Pike-Biegunska is an Energy and Environment Fellow at The Regulatory Assistance Project in Montpelier, Vermont.

Ms. Pike-Biegunska concentrates on climate change, utility-sector reform, and efficient utilization of energy resources. In particular, she focuses on policy measures that can help reshape the energy sector for long-term sustainability in a carbon constrained world. Ms. Pike-Biegunska joined the Regulatory Assistance Project in 2009, following her previous tenure at the Moscow office of Baker & McKenzie.

Edith Pike-Biegunska graduated Magna Cum Laude from Tulane University in 2001. She received her Juris Doctor from New York University School of Law in 2008.

Ms. Pike-Biegunska regularly participates in conferences and roundtables on energy and climate in the US and abroad. She has written and advised on the role of federal legislative reform in meeting Russia’s energy efficiency potential, and continues to actively promote clean energy policies in the U.S. and Europe.
